We are seeking a dedicated Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in equipment repair and heavy equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment within the facility
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets safety standards
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Analyze distributed control systems for optimal performance
- Implement water treatment and wastewater treatment processes
- Coordinate tanker deliveries and manage inventory levels
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management or a related field
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment
- Familiarity with distributed control systems and water treatment processes
- Strong analytical skills to assess facility needs and optimize operations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience in wastewater treatment is a plus
