Staffing Recruiter/Coordinator – Gem State Staffing | POCATELLO, ID
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | $15.00 - $16.00/HR
Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is hiring a Staffing Recruiter/Coordinator to join our Pocatello office. This is a full-time, internal position (not a temporary assignment) with a stable Monday-Friday schedule, 9 AM to 6 PM.
About the Role:
You’ll assist the manager with daily staffing operations, interview and recruit candidates, place applicants on assignments, manage employee payouts, perform audits, and provide excellent customer service to employees and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the staffing and recruiting industry.
Responsibilities:
· Interview and recruit qualified candidates
· Place applicants on successful assignments
· Assist manager with daily operations and audits
· Manage staffing software and payroll processes
· Handle inbound calls professionally
· Maintain accurate data and records
· Work 40 hours per week with occasional extended hours as needed
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year office experience
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· High level of computer literacy and fast learner
· Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Flexible schedule, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
· Pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
