Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is now accepting candidates for a full-time, seasonal Retail Garden Center Associate for a local retail farm supply company located in Caldwell, ID.
Job Description

In this seasonal role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing exceptional customer service, caring for plants by watering them as needed, and keeping the garden center running smoothly through various general labor tasks. Requirements
• Ability and desire to work 40+hrs per week
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality – ready to work at start of the shift
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs. unassisted
Details
• Schedules: Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday 6am-3pm as well as Wednesday through Sunday 9am to 6pm with 1-hr lunch on all shifts
• Pay rate: $16.00/hr
• Seasonal until about June
• Weekly payroll schedule, every Friday for last week’s hours
