Gem State Staffing is hiring full-time Dairy Feed Mill Operators for a busy feed mill facility located in Gooding, Idaho. This position requires previous forklift or heavy equipment experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate feed mill machinery, including skid steers, loaders, forklifts (sit-down), track-mobiles, and bulk mixing systems
• Safely load and unload trucks and railcars
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks around the facility
• Assist with inventory monitoring and follow production schedules
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and around moving mechanical parts
• Perform tasks using sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift or Hyster (sit-down) experience
• Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted, and bend, kneel, or stoop consistently
• Comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts
• Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Gooding, ID
• Must comply with all company attendance and safety standards

Pay Wage: Day shift $20.00/Hour; Night shift $22.00/Hour 

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: $20.00/hour
• Night Shift: $22.00/hour
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime and rotating weekends may be required
