Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient packaging of products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong back and open availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The Packaging Operator -II will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products are packaged correctly, loaded/unloaded, stocked, stacked and solo/team lifting to meet company specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Bend, lift, kneel, stoop, or stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Assemble packaging components and fabricate necessary materials for product packaging.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Follow CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations to ensure compliance in all packaging processes.
• Package products efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure they meet quality control requirements.
• Safely operate forklifts for moving materials within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve packaging processes and enhance productivity.
