We are seeking a dedicated Laborer/Line Associate to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various tasks to support operations within our organization.
*Responsibilities*
- Clean product overflow from under production lines
- Utilize order picker, crane, and cherry picker to move materials
- May also be utilized for Forklift *** IF already certifed
- Load and unload goods from trucks or containers
- Assist in building and assembling structures or products
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Operate heavy equipment as needed
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Perform order picking duties as required
*Skills*
- Experience with order picking and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in operating cranes, cherry pickers, and other heavy equipment
- Familiarity with using RF scanners for inventory management
- Ability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors and team members
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34.50 – 46.00 per week
