Gem State Staffing is hiring an Office Assistant to help coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner for a local Water softening equipment supplier in Twin Falls.

Job Duties:

• Assist customer over the phone and via email
• File documents, make copies, email, and perform other clerical tasks 
• Always thank each customer for their business and at all times give the best customer service possible
• Process incoming supply orders and payments
• Restock office supplies as needed
• Interacting with customers, answering questions, assisting with collecting payments and invoicing.
• Keep a clean and organized working area 
• Any other projects or tasks assigned to me by my manager/supervisor
• Offer outstanding customer service to our customers and clients through phone calls, emails and direct contact
• Create positive experiences for those you encounter
• Schedule appointments, billing inquires and financing
• Data entry and keep accurate records

Requirements:

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2 years experience in a office setting.
• Ability to interact professionally and provide upbeat customer service to customers.
• Very strong computer skills: specifically in all Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Have high degree of integrity and ability to develop customer relationship required.
• Must be a self-starter with desire to take on new responsibilities.
• Motivated to work consistently and efficiently without direct supervision.
• Have great communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic administrative functions such as filing, faxing, emailing, payment processing etc.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Location: Twin Falls, ID 83301

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
