Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is currently accepting applications for a Office/Logistics Assistant, this is a full-time position in Gooding.

Job Duties: Will weigh trucks in & out of the facility, track weight information from scale to computer system and get appropriate signatures. Perform warehouse duties such as  data entry, filing, paperwork, shipping and receiving, use Excel, operate a forklift and help maintain the work area clean. Must be able and willing to help with landscaping and other general labor duties on the production floor.

 Requirements:

• Experience in an office setting or in related field.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Have a valid driver license.
• EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL - MUST HAVE STRONG SKILLS
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in demanding environment.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Pass a Pre-Employment drug test and background check.
• Have knowledge of using office equipment including copiers, multi-line telephones, fax machines and filing systems.
• Ability to communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, shop workers, and business contacts in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, using telephone, e-mail or by fax.
• Must be detail oriented and have good attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and focus on the day-to-day details

Pay Wage: $18-$20.00/hour DOE. 

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
