Job Description

Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is now accepting applications for Plant Support-General Labor for Idaho’s most famous potato company! These long-term positions are located in beautiful Caldwell, ID at one of the most technologically advanced food processing plants in the world.

Responsibilities

  • Package finished products according to specifications
  • Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and quantities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Basic math skills to perform measurements and calculations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and labeling
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
  • Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation
  • Ability to lift up-to 36lbs unassisted

Details

This facility runs 24/7. Shifts are 12 hours long.

  • Night Shift 6:30pm-6:30am $19.00/hr
  • All breaks and lunches are paid
  • Weekly pay, every Friday for last week’s hours

Example of work schedule for Aug 2023: 2nd-3rd, 7th-8th, 11th-13th, 16th-17th, 21st-22nd, 25th-27th, 30th-31st
