Gem State Staffing-Caldwell- is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator. This role encompasses designing marketing collateral and engaging digital content, while supporting broader marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position requires strong graphic design skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.

I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2014 and moved to Idaho in 2019, the same year I joined Gem State Staffing. I began my journey as a Staffing Coordinator, where I had the opportunity to learn and grow under Dustin’s mentorship. This led to a promotion to Assistant Manager, a role that provided valuable new challenges and professional development. As of January 2026, I am honored to step into the role of Branch Manager for our Caldwell office. I look forward to continuing our commitment to excellence in the community.
