Job Description

Position is assigned to the production area of a local manufacturing plant. The production area is filled with teams of assembly people that put-together the products on tables and assembly lines. These work areas also include some machines that create plastic and metal waste. The waste material is collected and dumped in to large recycling receptacles. Common custodian requirements also apply: employee bathrooms, breakroom, trash, sweeping floors etc.

Requirements

· Must be seeking full-time work

· Must have steady work history

· Must be capable of lifting approx. 75lbs garbage can to dumpster height (shoulder height) unassisted

· Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

· Must have experience using a floor scrubber

· Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred

· Must have experience with raw material waste removal

· Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

· Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation

Details

· Day Shift: Tuesday-Friday

· Candidate will work 5:00am-3:30pm

· Temp-to-Hire opportunity

· Weekly Pay, every Friday for last week’s hours

· Staring pay rate: $18.00-$20.00 DOE
