Gem State Staffing-Boise is seeking three dedicated Landscape Construction Laborers for a brand-new client. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor environments, contributing to the creation and maintenance of beautiful landscapes. Candidates must be physically capable, reliable, and able to work 40+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform raking and grading to prepare surfaces for landscaping projects.
• Install sod to create lush, healthy lawns.
• Assist with sprinkler installation to ensure proper irrigation systems.
• Lay weed barriers to prevent unwanted plant growth.
• Plant trees and spread bark or mulch to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Complete additional tasks such as hauling materials, cleaning job sites, and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in landscaping or construction is a plus but not required.

• Full-time position, 40+ hours per week.
• Typically, Mon-Fri with some Saturday scheduling as needed.
• Starting pay $18.50/hr. Rapid pay raises for those with experience.
