Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Rep for a reputable industrial materials distributor. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Role:

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
• Support outside sales team with quotes and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer inquiries and orders.
• Sell products and promote company offerings.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain product knowledge and industry insights.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good driving record with less than 2 moving violations in past 36 months
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting products up-to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of company products and selling techniques.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• High School Diploma is required
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen

Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr for entry level experience, more $ for more experience
• Full benefits package + commissions after probationary period is complete.
• Weekly payroll schedule, every Friday for last week’s hours.
