Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is currently accepting applications for an experienced Hydraulic Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Gooding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and their components, including the ability to assemble and repair various hydraulic equipment. This role requires hands-on experience with power tools and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards while performing heavy lifting tasks. The Hydraulic Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of hydraulic systems used in various applications.

Requirements:

• Have at least 1-2 years of experience.
• Consistently bend, stoop, and twist.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, unassisted.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a team oriented attitude.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and potentially holidays.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to do other assigned projects.
• Proven experience in hydraulics, automotive repair, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various power tools safely.
• Experience with heavy lifting and the physical capability to handle demanding tasks associated with equipment repair.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
