My Name Katie Nield and I have been working with Gem State Staffing since 2015. I started out as a CSR, then went on to Assistant manager and in 2021 promoted to Branch Manager. I oversee all day-to-day task within the office and make sure all work is completed correctly and efficiently. I assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
