Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking several candidates to fill seasonal Holiday Lighting Installer positions. These positions will work for approx. 2-3 months installing lights at homes and subdivisions around the Treasure Valley.

Job Description

Employees will work in teams of 2-3 employees installing lights on homes, trees, fence lines etc. Transportation to install sites in provided, employees need to be able to arrive a company shop each morning for work.

Requirements

· No fear of heights. 3 story homes is the limit for installs and employees will access rooftops using ladders.

· No fear of heights. I know I wrote this twice.

· Physically capable of climbing up and down ladders, walking pitched rooftops

· Capable of working entire project. Project is scheduled for 2-3 months depending on weather.

· Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required

· Strict appearance standards required; no visible tattoos allowed

Details

· Mon-Fri 8am-5pm’ish (some Saturdays possible)

· Multiple positions available

· Weekly payroll, every Friday for last week’s hours

· Starting pay rate: $16.00/hr plus $2.00/hr attendance bonus (base pay increase available for high performing employees)

· Ongoing seasonal positions available each year

· This client also has other full-time positions for high performing employees that would like to continue to work with the company.
