Gem State Staffing is currently seeking a Class A CDL Laborer for a full-time position in the Boise area. This is not a driving-focused job, but candidates must have a valid Class A CDL license.
General construction labor
Grounds maintenance
Operating or assisting with equipment
Other duties as assigned on job sites
Note: You will not be driving regularly, but a valid CDL is required for this position.
Valid Class A CDL license
Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Equipment knowledge or experience a plus
DOT Medical Card is NOT required
Reliable and punctual
Excellent time management skills with the ability to follow directions accurately.
Strong physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours as needed.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Have a High School diploma or GED.
Able to bend, stood, kneel and reach with hands and arms when needed.
Able to lift up-to 100 pounds when needed.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
Pass a Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Be reliable and good attendance.
Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Occasional Fridays as needed
