Gem State Staffing is accepting applications for hard-working individuals seeking temporary/day labor to fill a variety of open positions throughout the Cassia /Minidoka area. General laborers are needed on a regular basis to fill short-term job orders – sometimes for a half or full day, sometimes for a week, sometimes for a month. Some jobs have the potential to become permanent positions, as well.
Job Description: Work includes (but is not limited to) Event Set-up, commercial property/business clean-up, warehouse labor, furniture/equipment moving, assembly and farm labor. Laborers can expect to be assigned varied but basic tasks by their on-site supervisors, and the work can be repetitive.

Born and raised in Burley, Idaho I graduated from Minico High School in 1992. I joined Gem State Staffing in July 2019 and have proudly been part of the team for six years now. With over four additional years of prior staffing experience, I bring more than a decade of knowledge and passion to the industry.
