Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a warehouse or construction setting. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate machinery and use hand tools. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and have experience in a labor-intensive responsibilities. Both Day and Night shifts are available!
- Operate forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Load and unload materials from trucks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and/or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is beneficial
Please note that this position may require lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods of time, and working in various weather conditions.

I have been in the staffing industry since 2010. I worked alongside Jeremiah and under Dustin to grow the Boise office into one of the most prominent branches in the area and within the company. In 2015, I became the Branch Manager for the Nampa location and in 2018, the District Manager over Eastern Idaho. Over the course of close to 6 years, I enjoyed seeing record growth in the 5 offices I oversaw. In the end of 2023 I entered an ownership agreement for a single location as part of an extension into Western Idaho/Eastern Oregon with a new office in Payette, ID. I believe that determination with customized individual solutions sets us apart, and I’m very excited for opening day of the new Payette Branch set to begin operations early-mid February 2024.
