Job Description

Gem State Staffing - Caldwell connects dedicated individuals with diverse labor opportunities in the Caldwell area. We are actively seeking General Labor Candidates for various short-term projects. Laborers are needed for short term jobs, such as construction clean up, maintenance, furniture moving, landscaping, etc.

Job Description

  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Cleaning and preparing work areas by removing debris and obstacles.
  • Operating hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed.
  • Transporting materials to designated locations.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  • Have the ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
  • Be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for extended periods.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Work well independently and with others.
  • Follow directions and safety regulations diligently.

  • Shift: 8-hour and 10-hour shifts are available.
  • Work Schedule: Varies (day labor assignments).
  • Pay Rate: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on the specific project.
  • Job Type: Day labor, temporary, short-term assignments.
