Job Summary

Gem State Staffing is hiring a General Hand to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. As a General Hand, you will assist with assembly, equipment operation, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth production and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain warehouse and production equipment
• Assist on the assembly line, assembling parts and products to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication and production tasks
• Perform quality control checks on finished products
• Support workflow efficiency by collaborating with team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
