Gem State Staffing in Rexburg is accepting applications for hard-working individuals seeking Construction labor to fill a variety of open Construction Laborer positions. Laborers will be needed on a regular basis to fill short-term and seasonal jobs. Some jobs have the potential to become permanent positions.
Construction Laborer Job Description:
Work could include (but is not limited to) general construction, demolition, clean-up, fixture installation, flooring labor, furniture/equipment moving, and painting. Laborers can expect to be assigned varied but basic tasks by their on-site supervisors. The work can be repetitive and may entail heavy lifting.
Construction Laborer Requirements:
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to work long hours, as necessary
Ability to repetitively bend, twist, crouch, and stoop for extended periods
Ability to repetitively lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work safely within the established safety program
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
