How does a 4-Day Work Week sound?

Job Description

Fence installers will work in teams to install all types of residential and commercial fencing. Installers will travel from the shop each day to worksites around the Valley. Each team is managed by a Lead Installer and all tools and training are provided by the company. Installers must be conditioned for outside, physical labor and maintain strict industry safety standards. All skill levels are encouraged to apply.

**Ideal candidates have fencing, framing, roofing or carpentry experience**

Requirements

Valid Drivers License and your own vehicle to get to and from work

Clean Driving Record – some company owned vehicle operation is likely for all employees

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation (no felons)

Physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs. unassisted routinely

Consistent work history in physically active positions, outdoor.

Details

Schedule: Mon-Thur 6:45am-5pm (Occasional Fridays)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr DOE (Rapid pay increases for demonstrated skill, attendance, and performance)

Position Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity
