We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging machinery, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring all packaging meets company standards. You will work 12-hour shifts on either days or nights as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate packaging machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare, label, seal, and palletize finished products for distribution.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Monitor supplies and materials, and restock as needed.
Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment issues.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production targets.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not required – training provided.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating or fixed schedule (days or nights).
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
