Job Description

Gem State Staffing is hiring experienced masons for immediate openings in Idaho Falls and surrounding Southeast Idaho areas. If you have a solid background in brick, block, stone, pavers, plaster, and stucco, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, apply today!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lay bricks, blocks, stones, and pavers for walls and structures
  • Apply plaster and stucco finishes to surfaces
  • Mix, carry, and apply mortar safely and efficiently
  • Use hand and power tools for masonry and construction tasks
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
  • Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven masonry experience (bricklaying, block, stone, pavers, plaster, stucco)
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday, with optional weekend overtime
  • Willingness to relocate to Idaho Falls, ID prior to starting (required)
  • Reliable and punctual
