Gem State Staffing in Nampa is currently recruiting and accepting applications for multiple results-driven Door to Door Sales representative positions for A local painting contractor. These are full-time temp-2-hire position.

As a Door-to-Door sales Rep, you will play a key role in expanding their customer base, promoting their painting business, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Door-to-Door sales:

• Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers at their residences.
• Present and promote residential and commercial painting
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of services to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
• Address the customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about services.

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.

Stay Informed:

• Stay up-to-date on services, pricing, and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate key selling points.

Reporting and documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and objections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of criminal background screen.

Compensation: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr DOE
