Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
• Monitor and document client progress, including vital signs and overall health status.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
