Gem State Staffing is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Delivery Driver position based in Twin Falls, Idaho. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term employment delivering products throughout the Magic Valley and Sun Valley areas.
As a Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a flatbed, one-ton pickup truck, delivering 40 lb. bags of salt and other supplies to both commercial and residential customers. We are looking for a motivated, safety-conscious, and customer-service-driven individual to join our growing team!
Safely operate a flatbed one-ton pickup truck for product deliveries.
Deliver and unload 40 lb. bags of salt and other materials to businesses and residential customers.
Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and follow routing schedules.
Load and unload materials efficiently and safely.
Adhere to all company and Driving safety regulations and policies.
Valid Class D Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted.
Physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Able to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time efficiently.
Experience in delivery driving or similar roles is a plus.
Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented.
Local delivery route – be home every night!
Long-term, temp-to-perm position with stable hours.
