Job Description

Gem State Staffing is hiring a dependable Delivery Driver to join our team in Idaho Falls!

We’re looking for a Local Delivery Driver to safely operate delivery trucks, transport products to local stores, and provide excellent customer service. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive delivery trucks on assigned local routes
  • Load and unload merchandise, lifting 50+ lbs
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
  • Follow company safety guidelines and traffic laws
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Delivery experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to relocate to Idaho Falls before starting
