Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking candidates for a local building materials supplier for a Construction Material Delivery Helper. This is an open ended temporary position, that may work into a long-term full-time opportunity for the ideal candidate.
Job Description
Successful candidate will start each day at the warehouse and help driver load the truck with delivery orders. Orders are driven to various job sites throughout the Treasure Valley and unloaded by hand. Materials consist of common construction materials. Some is heavy, some isn't. Occasionally, warehouse custodian duties will also be involved.

I graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2014 and moved to Idaho in 2019, the same year I joined Gem State Staffing. I began my journey as a Staffing Coordinator, where I had the opportunity to learn and grow under Dustin’s mentorship.
