Gem State Staffing is hiring a Construction Laborer for a variety of residential and commercial projects in Burley, Idaho. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with hands-on construction experience who want to contribute to high-quality, on-site work. If you're comfortable using tools and reading blueprints, and you're ready to get to work, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete forming, tile installation, framing, stucco application, and hardscape construction
• Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and job site instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support job site operations and assist with equipment handling
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

• Experience in concrete work, tile laying, framing, stucco, or hardscape is preferred
• Able to read and understand construction blueprints
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Burley, ID before starting work
