Gem State Staffing is currently hiring a Construction Laborer for concrete and excavation work in Buhl, Idaho. This is a great full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is dependable, hard-working, and ready to learn. No prior experience is required—willing to train the right candidate!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start time: 6:30 AM (Some variation in daily hours depending on workload – no guaranteed 40-hour weeks)
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (Pay increases may be available based on performance and experience)
Location: Shop based in Buhl, ID – job sites may vary within surrounding areas
