Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is currently recruiting applications for experienced Class Al CDL driver positions for a seasonal to deliver fertilizer.

Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicle in compliance with company rules
• Must be able to follow driving and safety protocols
• Work effectively with and without direct supervision
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Comply with company safety policies and regulations.
• Must be capable of strapping loads.
• Must be able to help lift, stack and wrap the product.
• Operate a CDL A truck safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport goods using various types of trailers, including refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker, while securing loads properly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
• Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding routes and schedules.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Current Medical Card & Class A CDL (53 FT trailer)
• Be able to drive a manual truck.
• Clean DMV record needed (We are able to pull record upon request).
• Must be able to walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, squat, and climb, as necessary.
• Must have own transportation to and from job site.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to pass DOT drug test.
• Current Medical Card & Class A CDL license.
• Have a clean DMV record (we are able to pull record).
• Must have good sense of direction.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted.
• Possess or have ability to obtain a valid DOT Med Card.
• Competency to comply with all DOT regulations and requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime and potentially holidays.
• Must be able to meet Company's insurance carriers' requirements to be insurable.
• Have CDL experience is required.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20/hour DOE.
