Gem State Staffing is hiring motivated Concrete Laborers for multiple companies in Twin Falls, Idaho. No prior experience required — training provided! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals ready to start or grow their career in construction.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and build concrete forms, then strip forms after curing
• Clean job sites by removing rubble and debris
• Dig and prep dirt for proper compaction and dimensions
• Mix gravel, cement, and water to create concrete mix
• Haul and pour wet concrete safely into forms
• Form, finish, and texture concrete surfaces
• Perform concrete repair and maintenance as needed
• Follow directions from supervisors and maintain safety standards

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Cannot have any fear of heights or hard work.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced physically challenging environment.
• Must be capable of loading and unloading materials
• Must have own transportation to and from job site.

Location: Twin Falls and Jerome- Magic Valley area

Shift: Day Shift

Duration: Long term, full-time, OT available
