Gem State Staffing is taking applications for several companies for Concrete Laborers. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has the desire to improve their skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants growth in their career, as training is offered!

Job duties include:

• Setting up forms, clean up rubble and debris.
• Digging and prepping dirt to ensure proper dimensions and compaction for a successful pour.
• Building and striping concrete forms.
• Mixing gravel aggregate, cement and water to proper consistency.
• Hauling wet concrete and pouring into form.
• Perform various duties assigned by site supervisor.·
• Form, finish, and texture concrete using all the latest techniques and tools.
• Perform concrete repair and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for 8-10 hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Cannot have any fear of heights or hard work.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced physically challenging environment.
• Must be capable of loading and unloading materials
• Must have own transportation to and from job site.

Location: Idaho Falls/Rexburg & surrounding area

Duration: Long term, full-time, OT available
