We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coil Winder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winding coils used in various applications, ensuring precision and quality throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations and the ability to work with various tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate winding machines to produce coils according to specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to ensure accurate dimensions of coils.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the winding process to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in the setup and programming of machinery as needed, including Fanuc systems.
• Perform basic welding tasks when required for coil assembly or repairs.
• Support other machining processes, including milling machine operations, as necessary.
