Gem State Staffing in Twin Falls is currently accepting applications for a Class A CDL truck driver/Operator position. Applicants must have reliable transportation to-and-from the job site and flexibility in schedule to be available on-call, work various hours/weekends. 

Job Duties: Will be driving a 58,000 GVW volumetric truck which has compartments for holding materials needed to mix concrete. The job consists of driving the truck to the site, mixing the concrete with computer and mechanically operated equipment, placing the concrete with a mechanically operated chute, wash-up when completed and normal maintenance.

 

Requirements:

• Verifiable CDL driving experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Ability to work after business hours (e.g. early mornings, late nights, weekends), as needed
• Ability to repetitively bend, twist, crouch, and stoop, as necessary
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, as necessary
• Ability to drive and perform labor in any and all weather conditions
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in last 10 years
• Ability to work safely within the established safety program
• Possess own, reliable transportation to-and-from the job-site
• Possess a valid CDL, current Medical card, and DMV driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug test and background screening

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour, DOE

Job type/duration: Part-time to start, hours increase as the season progresses
