Gem State Staffing, a locally owned and operated staffing firm, is seeking strong sales and management individual to develop new business and current account management:
Job Description: Reporting to the District Manager, the Branch Manager’s responsibility is to provide leadership, to plan, to organize, and direct activities and strategies for the assigned branch to assure that operational and financial goals are reached. The Branch Manager must also manage and provide direction to branch staff on how to effectively meet or exceed company goals through controlling expenses and increasing branch sales. The Branch Manager must wear many hats and be able to adjust to change at a moment’s notice.
Primary Responsibilities include the following:
An IDEAL Branch Manager will exhibit extraordinary team building skills including the ability to motivate and mentor all branch employees. The Branch Manager must maintain a professional demeanor, a positive attitude and a high energy level at all times. A team-oriented, solution focused approach is a must.

Prior to joining Gem State Staffing in 2019 she spent 18 years as a General Manager of a exotic pet food manufacturing company.  Tina is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.  Tina is inspired daily by her husband of 23 years, their 2 adult children and 7 grandchildren.  In her free time, Tina likes to attend to their small herd of cattle, spend time with her grandchildren and camp the great outdoors of Idaho.
