Warehouse Associate – Box Manufacturing
Location: Boise, ID
Company: Gem State Staffing
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Fridays/Saturdays)

Job Overview:
Gem State Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Associates to join a reputable box manufacturing company in the Boise area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and competitive starting pay. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the physical ability to handle warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Palletize boxes as they come off production lines
  • Operate a banding machine
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Perform repetitive lifting and standing throughout 10-hour shifts

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs frequently, unassisted
  • Capable of standing for extended periods (10+ hours/day)
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Compliance with all safety and operational guidelines
