Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and managing various office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a background in office management or administrative roles. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting employees and handling customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate telemarketing, including cold calling and job placements.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Maintain calendars for executives, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Organize events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation, conduct interview and offer employment.
  • Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Job Requirements

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills and communication
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
  • Experience with telemarketing and cold calling.
  • Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and clients.
  • Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Event planning experience is desirable to coordinate company functions efficiently.
