Gem State Staffing is hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers to ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner. They receive calls for truck services and contact their fleet of truck drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries, maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Location: Burley, ID 83318

Work Schedule: 12hr shifts 6pm-6am

Requirements:

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 1 years experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to interact professionally and provide upbeat customer service to customers.
• Very strong computer skills: specifically in all Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be a self-starter with desire to take on new responsibilities.
• Motivated to work consistently and efficiently without direct supervision.
• Have great communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to perform basic administrative functions such as filing, faxing, emailing, etc.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance
