Gem State Staffing-Idaho Falls and Rexburg is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time position at our office in Idaho Falls and Rexburg, Idaho. Job Description

Our recruiters wear many hats! You'll do all this and more....

• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
• Schedules and conducts interviews
• Makes hiring recommendations to Branch Manager
• Processes new hires
• Performs safety training
• Schedules employees for assignment
• Coordinates with client customers and other stake holders
• Performs follow-up calls/emails/site visits
• Represents our company at Job Fairs or hiring events
• Posts open positions online (including social media)
• Participates in payroll processing and auditing

• Stable and consistent work history
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will receive hiring priority
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service
• Account Management experience preferred
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Flexability to be on-call, typically one weekend per month
