Job Description

Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking Assembly Line candidates for a water filter company here in beautiful Caldwell, ID. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions.

Job Description
Working with a team, employees will participate in the assembly and production of various types of products. These products vary in size from 1-2 lbs up to 10 lbs. Employees will be trained how to use labeling equipment, lid forming machine, assembly parts & pieces and packaging. Other responsibilities as directed.

  • Ability to lift 35lbs unassisted, up-to 50lbs assisted (team-lift)
  • Excellent mobility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail (accuracy on part counts is very important)
  • Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Desire for full-time work
  • Consistent work history

Additional Information

Details - 
Monday-Thursday: 5:30am-4pm. Might work every other Friday.

Pay rate: $18.00/HR

Weekly payroll, every Friday for last weeks hours!
