Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently recruiting and accepting applications for asphalt crack filling and parking lot seal coaters to work locally here in the Treasure Valley.
Candidates will be helping crews fill cracks, strip and seal coat roads and parking lots. Candidates must have the flexibility of working long hours and be open to working nights.
Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:
· Ability to be on feet for duration of a shift
· Ability to work in all weather conditions
· Consistently bend, stoop, and twist
· Lift 50+ pounds consistently, unassisted
· Must pass pre-employment drug screen
· Labor or construction background is a plus, but not mandatory
· Reliable transportation to and from work
· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and potentially holidays

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
