Job Description

          

Gem State Staffing is looking to hire an experienced Ag Mechanic to Service equipment, brakes, wheel seals, change tires, tarp, and welding experience on tankers, belt trailers, reefers, dump trucks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively stand, bend, twist, crouch, and stoop as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven Ag Mechanic work experience or Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • Understanding of computer testing technologies.
  • Ability to lift heavy machinery.
  • Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and agriculture equipment.
  • Ability to work after-hours if required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and personal transportation
