Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking candidates for an Administrative Sales Coordinator position. This full-time, temp-to-hire, opportunity is located in Caldwell, ID.

Job Description

Our client for this role is a custom manufactured home builder. Selected candidate will provide support to our client’s dealers while preparing, writing, and processing orders. Successful candidate will be experienced and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and customer service are key factors our client is seeking in an employee.

Requirements

• Home building or general contracting knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to act as liaison to dealers, coordinate with engineering and production to ensure the accuracy of all orders.
• Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to spend extensive time on the phone and computer while interacting with dealers.
• Intermediate computer skills, primarily Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Our client is willing to train the right candidate.
