Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently recruiting and accepting applications for Lamination Manufacturers for a local company in Boise.

Job Summary:

A prominent manufacturer and distributor of high-quality adhesives, sealants, roofing membranes, and molded products. They serve a diverse range of industries, including Recreational Vehicles (RV), Marine, Residential and Commercial Construction, and Housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment for roto-molded and blow-molded products.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality control, and logistics to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production or product defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in molded product environments (roto or blow molding), is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, or roofing membranes is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to moderate noise, heat, and physical activity.
• Must be able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
