This is a temp-to-hire position working full time Monday thru Friday. The selected candidate will be responsible for completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Compensation for this position will be $22.50/HR Excel is a must!
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including payroll, purchase orders, invoicing, statements, etc.
· Maintaining account ledgers
· Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
· Processing payroll, paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:
· Ability to professionally interact both over the phone and face to face with customers
· Be able to type at minimum 50 wpm
· Experience in processing payroll
· Experience in Quickbooks preferred
· Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
· High attention to detail, thoroughness and organized
· General Math Skills
· Able to be self-managed and efficient in completing tasks
· Team orientated and willing to learn new tasks
