Description -
A larger volume hotel housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces in a busy, high occupancy hotel. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to hotel standards.
Key Reponsibilities -
Room cleaning and maintenance * dust, vaccumm, bathrooms, and common spaces, ensuring all amentities are restocked and rooms are gues ready in a timely manner
Linen and Laundry - Manage and replace linens, towels, and other guestroom items, reporting any damaged or missing items to the housekeeping manager.
Public Area Claning - Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public areas to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with other housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and front desk personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely room turnovers.
