Gem State Staffing is currently hiring a motivated Entry Level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Burley, Idaho. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to launch a long-term career in industrial maintenance and mechanical repair. Job Requirements

    

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Help diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Follow safety procedures and company maintenance protocols
  • Work alongside experienced maintenance staff to learn best practices
  • Assist with general facility upkeep and support operational needs

 

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • Day and night shift options available
  • Full-time
